INGREDIENTS:
- 100g freshly fermented organic tempeh
- 3pcs dried figs/ apricot/ dates
- seeds such as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds
- pinch of salt
- 2-3 cups drinking water
- Other options: coconut flesh, cacao powder, matcha, sprouts, lettuce, pineapple or any other seasonal fruits
STEPS:
- Soak the dates/ figs/ apricot in drinking water until soft. Soaking the seeds let the seeds have higher nutritional values and better digestion.
- Break the tempeh into small chunks.
- Put tempeh chunks, water and other ingredients into blender and blend until creamy. For a silky smooth smoothie, is best to arrange the softer ingredients first in the blender and the harder ingredients on top.
