Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Brewer’s yeast (20g)
- 1 banana (120g-150g)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (15g)
- 1 tbsp flaxmeal (soaked with 3 tbsp water)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (30ml)
- 2 cups of rolled oats (180g)
- 3 tbsp crushed nuts of your choice (30g)
- 1 tbsp fenugreek powder (10g)
- 1 tsp baking powder (5g)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of baking soda
- Salt to taste
Steps:
- Mash the banana.
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until a dough is formed.
- Divide the dough into the smaller portion, then shape them into your preferred shape.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Bake the cookies at 160°C for 30 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool down.
