Ingredients:
2 tbsp Blackstrap molasses syrup (20g)
3 tbsp Prune Puree (60g)
2 tbsp powdered flaxseed (20g)
5 tbsp Cashew nuts (50g)
1/2 cup Muesli (50g)
1 cup rolled oats (80g)
1 tbsp Brewer’s yeast (15g)
1 tsp fenugreek powder (5g)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (20g)
2 tbsp cocoa nibs salted (20g)
Steps:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Blend both dry and wet ingredients together until a dough is formed.
- Shape the dough into a smaller size.
- Coat the mini doughs with crushed cacao nibs.
- Voila!
Note: Keep in the fridge and consume within two weeks.
