INGREDIENTS:
- 500g TheBites Plain flour
- 100g TheBites Bread flour
- 4g Sea Salt
- 5g TheBites Active yeast
- 6g Honey
- 50g whynot? Coconut oil
- 200g Ecomil Almond milk
- 100g Water
- 50g whynot? cradle Carrot quinoa puree
STEPS:
- Mix the puree, almond milk, honey and yeast in a bowl and wait for it to bubble.
- Once bubbled up, mix the flour, salt and oil together.
- Knead it until it becomes a smooth ball and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Deflate your dough by pressing it and shape it into 12 small balls. (Roughly 80-90g per ball)
- Proof it for another 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours in a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven at 200c for 10 minutes, bake at 180c-190c for 30-35 minutes.
*Note: For airier or lighter texture, you can add in 1 more tsp of yeast or modify the ratio of bread flour and plain flour depending on your favourite texture.
