INGREDIENTS:
- 200g organic pumpkin
- 5tbsp Why Not? Organic Virgin coconut oil
- 2tbsp organic coconut sugar
- 1tsp blackstrap molasses
- 3pcs pandan leaves
- salt to taste
STEPS:
- Cut the pumpkin into chunky big pieces.
- Steam for 10 minutes until soft.
- Using a blender, blend the steamed pumpkin until smooth.
- In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients together. Simmer until you can smell the aroma of pandan.
- Serve fresh with toast. Keeps up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
