INGREDIENTS:
- 100g tempeh
- 1/4tsp spices (white pepper, black pepper)
- 1/2tsp salt (add according to taste)
- 1tbsp organic cooking oil
- 1cup filtered water
STEPS:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Cut the tempeh into half. Then cut diagonally into 4 pieces. Slice each piece thinly at cross sections. Alternatively, you may slice your tempeh to any shape as long as they are thinly sliced.
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the salt and spices into 1 cup of water.
- Marinade the tempeh slices in the mixture for about 15-30 minutes.
- Drain the tempeh, mix them with cooking oil until they are all evenly coated.
- Bake at 150°C in the oven for 15 minutes and then turn the tempehs. Continue baking for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
