INGREDIENTS:
- 100g freshly fermented raw tempeh
- 1tbsp flaxseed, freshly ground
- 1sp finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley/ coriander/ curry leaves/ sawtooth coriander)
- salt and pepper to taste
- options: substitute herbs with raisins and dried fruits for a sweet version
STEPS:
- Mash the tempeh with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Divide into small portions and roll into bite size balls. Serve.
