Figs are one of the best weaning fruits for our little ones. Organic figs are high in fibre and minerals, they are soft and naturally sweet. They are best eaten raw and goes very well with baby cereals. This recipe is done using mashed figs, however a halved fig often sits nicely in a 7 month baby’s palm and can be enjoyed just as it is.
INGREDIENTS:
-Babybio Apple, Rice and Quinoa organic cereal
-Babybio Deserve Organic Formulated Cows Milk or breast milk
-2pcs of organic figs
STEPS:
- Mix Babybio organic cereal with your choice of organic milk until porridge consistency.
- Halve the figs and mash with a fork.
- Mix the mashed figs into the porridge.
- Serve
