Miso, as other fermented foods are rich in good bacterias, vitamins and minerals. Generally we would recommend introducing miso to babies of 1 year old and above. As there are many types of good bacterias in the miso and also the high sodium content in miso. This recipe works well when your kid lacks appetite or has an upset tummy. Try it!
INGREDIENTS:
- 5-6tbsp Babybio organic cereals
- 2tsp Emile Noel organic toasted sesame oil
- 2tsp organic miso
- 1/2tsp instant wakame (optional)
- 1 pinch organic white sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 pinch organic spring onion (optional)
- 200ml hot filtered water
STEPS:
- Put instant wakame into the hot water.
- Dissolve the miso in the hot water.
- Mix the organic cereal into the soup until well combined.
- Drizzle some organic toasted sesame oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds and spring onion.
- Serve while hot.
